To run, fill out the nomination form below. This form will automatically be sent to the Ohio Dance Masters Nominating Committee Chairperson. If mailing hard copy instead the form must be postmarked two weeks prior to the Ohio Dance Masters November Grand Body Meeting where elections take place. Mailed Nomination Forms are sent to:

Nominations forms will be reviewed by the Nomination Chairperson & then posted under the members only page of this website. Candidates will be presented to the Ohio Dance Masters Grand Body & must adhere to a vote by the membership to obtain their desired position to serve. Note that nominations will still be taken from the floor.
Eligibility Criteria
- He or she must be a member in good standing, a member for two years & has registered & attended three of the last four consecutive Grand Body meetings. Candidates for the office of the President must have served on the Executive Board for a minimum of one year.
- Members seeking nomination must be present at the Grand Body meeting at the November Convention for the election unless excused by the Ohio Dance Masters President because of duty obligations.
- No person shall hold more than one office at a one time.
- Term of office shall be one year or until a successor is elected.
